When you look at our website, does a large box appear mostly gray at the top of the homepage? As you scroll down that page, is there a large white area on the left side with no content? If so, then you probably have an old version of a web browser. Here are some instructions to follow to upgrade your computer to have a better viewing experience on both our website and a number of others that are optimized for newer web browsers. There are no costs to perform this upgrade, other than a little of your time. (Time will vary based on your connection speed.) How can I see what web brower my computer is currently using? In general, the browser that you see should have the name listed below the icon that depicts it on your desktop. On some browsers, the specific version can be found by selecting the "Help" menu and "About Internet Explorer" from this menu.
